What a cookie is
A cookie is a small text file that a website stores in your browser so it can recognise you on a later visit. Some cookies exist only for the length of your visit, others stay on your device for longer so a site can remember a preference the next time you come back.
This page explains, in plain language, which cookies this particular site sets while you compare car hire in Marrakech, and which ones belong to somebody else once you leave our results board for a supplier's own booking page.

Cookies set by our booking partners
Once you move from our results board to a supplier's own booking flow, that supplier's script may set its own cookies to run the checkout and remember your reservation in progress. Those cookies belong to the supplier's system, not ours, and are governed by that supplier's own cookie and privacy policy rather than this one.
We do not control what a supplier's booking system sets once you are on their domain, and we cannot list every partner's cookies here since our network of local operators changes over time. If you want detail on a specific supplier's cookies, check the policy linked on their own booking page before you confirm.
Local storage in your browser
Beyond cookies, our car search also uses your browser's own local storage to cache the results of a recent search for a short time. This means switching between pages does not force the results board to reload from scratch every time. This data stays on your device and is not sent to us.
Local storage works alongside our functional cookies rather than instead of them: the cookie remembers that you searched, and the local storage entry holds the actual list of cars so the page can redraw it instantly. Clearing your browser's site data removes both at once.
Controlling cookies
Every major browser lets you view, block or delete cookies through its settings, usually found under privacy or site settings, and you can choose to clear cookies for this site specifically or for all sites you visit. Most browsers also offer a private or incognito window that discards cookies once you close it, which is a quick way to browse without leaving anything behind.
If you block the strictly necessary cookies, some parts of the site will not work properly: the search will not remember your dates between pages, and the handoff to a supplier's booking flow may fail partway through. Functional and analytics cookies can be declined without breaking the site, though your search will not be remembered as smoothly and we will learn less about which pages help visitors most.
Changes and contact
We may update this cookie policy as our site or supplier network changes, and the version published here is always the current one.
