What this site is
Marrakech Best Group runs a comparison and booking-referral service for car hire in Marrakech, Morocco. We list vehicles from independent local suppliers side by side so you can compare price, transmission and features before you commit to a rental. When you search on this site and choose a car, we hand your booking request across to the supplier that owns and runs that vehicle.
We are not the rental company. We do not own a single vehicle in the results you see, we do not employ any of the drivers or handover staff who greet you at the airport or in the city, and we are not an insurer. We also do not act as a broker of record between you and the supplier; we simply pass your search and your booking request to the operator whose car you selected, and they take it from there.
How a booking actually works
You search dates and pick-up details on this site, and the results board pulls live availability and pricing from our supplier network. Once you choose a car and confirm, your reservation is created directly with that local supplier. From that point, the rental agreement is between you and the supplier, and their own rental terms, including fuel policy, mileage limits, driver age rules and any excess or deposit arrangement, govern the rental. Read the supplier's own terms at the point of booking before you confirm.
Pricing, availability and accuracy
Prices, vehicle availability and rental conditions shown on this site are supplied by third-party operators and are displayed in euros so that offers from different suppliers can be compared fairly. These figures can change between the moment you search and the moment you actually complete a booking, because a supplier's own fleet position shifts throughout the day. We take reasonable care to keep the board current and to refresh it frequently, but we cannot warrant the accuracy of data that originates with a third party outside our control.
Your responsibilities as a driver
Before you travel, make sure you hold a valid driving licence that meets the supplier's requirements, and check the minimum driver age and any documentation the supplier asks for at handover, since these vary between operators. Once you have the car, you are expected to obey Moroccan road law, including local speed limits and checkpoint procedures, and to keep the vehicle on roads permitted by your rental agreement. Many agreements exclude off-road use, and taking a car onto pistes or tracks the contract forbids can void your cover, so check this with the supplier if your plans include mountain routes.
If something goes wrong with your rental
Because the rental contract sits between you and the supplier, a dispute about the car itself, a charge at return, or the condition of the vehicle should go to that supplier first, using the contact details on your booking confirmation. Get in touch with us by email and we will help where we reasonably can, for example by passing on your case or clarifying what was shown on our site at the time you booked, but we are not in a position to arbitrate a contractual dispute that belongs to you and the supplier.
Limitation of liability
We provide this site as a comparison and referral tool, and to the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from the rental itself, including vehicle condition, delays at handover, or a supplier's handling of your booking. Our responsibility is limited to operating the site with reasonable care and passing your booking request to the supplier you chose. Nothing here removes rights you hold that cannot lawfully be limited.
Site content and intellectual property
The text, layout, graphics and code that make up this site belong to Marrakech Best Group or are used under licence, and may not be copied or republished without our written permission. Vehicle photographs and supplier logos remain the property of the relevant operator.
How we make money
We earn a commission from the supplier when a booking made through this site completes. This does not change the price you pay: the fare you see is what the supplier charges, and our commission comes out of that, not on top of it. We disclose this openly because it explains why the service is free for you to use.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to Marrakech Best Group's place of business, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections in your own country of residence. We may update these terms from time to time as the site or our supplier network changes, and the version published here is always the current one.
