Who controls your data

Marrakech Best Group is the controller responsible for the personal data collected through this site while you search for and compare car hire in Marrakech, Morocco. We handle a lot of visitors from France, Spain, Germany, the Netherlands and the United Kingdom, so this policy is written with the GDPR and equivalent UK rules in mind, regardless of where you happen to be browsing from. What we collect

We collect the search parameters you enter, such as your pick-up dates and the city you are searching, technical information your browser sends automatically including your IP address, device and browser type and the pages you view, and anything you choose to give us directly, such as a message sent through our review form or by email.

  • Search activity: the dates, city and filters you use on the results board.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, device type and the pages you visit on our site.
  • Anything you send us: messages sent through a form or by email, including any review you leave.

We never collect or store payment card details. When you proceed to book a car, payment is handled entirely by the supplier or their payment processor, and that step is outside our systems.

Why we process your data

We rely on legitimate interest to run the site, keep it secure and understand how visitors use it through analytics. Who we share data with
